Who we are
This site and all direct sales are operated by Toteflix Inc., publisher of The Slow Crash by Jay Moulton. Contact: info@theslowcrash.com.
Products sold on this site
We sell digital editions of The Slow Crash directly on this site: the audiobook (MP3), the eBook (PDF and EPUB), and a Complete Digital Bundle (audiobook, PDF, EPUB, and the PDF Reference Guide). All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Products marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available for purchase.
Paperback, Kindle, and Apple Books editions are sold by Amazon and Apple. Those purchases are between you and that platform, and their order, shipping, refund, and return policies apply.
Payment and delivery
Direct purchases are processed by our checkout provider, Payhip, with card payments handled by Stripe (and PayPal, where offered). We never see or store your full card details. After payment you receive an instant download link on screen and by email. Purchases are for your personal use; files may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed.
Replacements & refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final, with these exceptions:
- Defective files are replaced. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, email us and we will send a working replacement at no charge.
- Audiobook playback. If the audiobook will not play on your device and we cannot resolve it with you, we will refund the audiobook purchase in full. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Billing errors. If you were charged twice or charged in error, we will refund the incorrect charge.
To request a replacement or refund, email info@theslowcrash.com with your order email address and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Privacy
This site has no accounts or tracking of its own. When you buy a digital edition, our checkout provider collects your name, email address, and payment details to process the order and deliver your files; we receive your name, email, and order details so we can provide support. We do not sell or share your information, and we will only email you about your order unless you choose to subscribe to updates.
